Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kochi

Arrive at Kochi International Airport. Transfer to hotel. Evening visit to Fort Kochi and Chinese Fishing Nets. Explore the colonial architecture and spice markets. Welcome dinner with traditional Kerala cuisine.

Day 2: Kochi to Munnar

Morning drive to Munnar (130 km, 4 hours). En route visit spice plantations and enjoy scenic mountain views. Check into hill station resort. Evening at leisure exploring the local markets and tea gardens.

Day 3: Munnar Sightseeing

Full day exploring Munnar including Tea Museum, Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, and Kundala Lake. Visit the highest peak in South India - Anamudi. Evening visit to tea plantations and learn about tea processing.

Day 4: Munnar to Thekkady

Morning drive to Thekkady (110 km, 3 hours). Check into jungle resort. Afternoon boat safari at Periyar Lake to spot elephants, tigers, and other wildlife. Evening spice plantation tour and traditional martial arts show.

Day 5: Thekkady to Alleppey

Morning drive to Alleppey (140 km, 4 hours). Board traditional houseboat for backwater cruise. Enjoy lunch, dinner, and overnight stay on the houseboat while cruising through the serene backwaters and paddy fields.

Day 6: Alleppey to Kovalam

Morning disembark from houseboat. Drive to Kovalam (160 km, 4 hours). Check into beach resort. Afternoon at leisure on the beach. Evening Ayurvedic massage and spa treatment.

Day 7: Kovalam & Trivandrum

Morning at leisure on Kovalam Beach. Afternoon visit to Trivandrum city including Padmanabhaswamy Temple and Napier Museum. Evening return to Kovalam for farewell dinner.

Day 8: Departure

Morning at leisure. Transfer to Trivandrum Airport for departure. End of services.
